Hi everyone!
As you can see in the plant, the lower floor is colored in orange. I’d like the entrance door to be put there together with the staircase that leads to the second floor. I’d like to use the ground floor as a studio, and to have there a large bookcase. You may close the room horizontally and you may exploit the existing window.
All the plants needs to be renovated. We’d like to install floor heating on the second floor. As regard the flooring, we really like wooden-like grey porcelain. We’d like to realize the living room on the left hand side of the staircase, we’d like it to have a traditional fireplace since the house is in a mountain area and it’s really cold here. We’d like the main dining table to be in the living room. We’d like to have a sliding doors to divide the living room from the kitchen. In the kitchen, we’d like to have a smaller table and a peninsula. We’d like to use the storage closet as a pantry and we’d like this pantry to have direct access to the kitchen.
We’d like to realize a laundrette on the right side of the staircase and a porch nearby too.
We’d like to have three bedrooms. The bedroom at the end of the corridor is the master bedroom and we’d like it to have cupboard-like closet. We’d like to have two bathrooms, the larger with a bath tub.
As regards the style, we like contemporary style. We’d like to have white wooden-like fixtures and doors, but we take in consideration also other colors.
As regards the furniture, we’d like a mix of commercial and less commercial pieces of furniture.
We’d like to live in a really warm and cozy house, consider that we’re a young couple and we’re thinking about starting a family 🙂
