With the same idea of this title, we propose the renovation of the apartment adjoining to yours: create a neutral, clean, but sleek environment where you can pick and apply objects that fit your personality, with colors as greens and turquoises. Our proposal seek the minimum interference, but making your space more confortable and warm.
We only suggest EU suplliers; in the furniture, we look mainly for candinavian design as you prefer. In this kind of contest, we just provide general guidelines, so feel free to change materials and building methods if you want.

Wood panel
We propose a panel cover for all the entrance of the apartment as the main design feature of your home. The idea is create a regular surface where you can hide columns, irregular walls and install major appliances, for instance. On render images and in the finishings list, you can check the proposed wooden panels (mdf + melamine layer), applied over metallic structures fixed over some of apartment's original masonry. You can change it for cimentitious boards, or wood planks, or metallic panels: the idea is just wrap the irregular surfaces with a coordinated geometry, thus providing a homogeneous background.
All the appliances are built in: we just leave the coffee machine as stand alone (please see these features on Finishing list: Kitchen).
Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC)
We understand that in order to fully use the 110% Ecobonus, you should aim for newer HVAC systems. We suggest that you install radiant floor in all rooms (except storage and laundry) because all of these are spaces where you can stay longer (that also means tht youmust change all flooring accordingly to Finishings list). To do so, there is two alternatives to water heater: gas/solar (which demands proximity to external walls) or electric (that can be installed where is more convenient). You can see these locations on water/sanitation plan.
