The concept of the project is to create a satisfying environment , renovation of the wooden spiral staircase with a spiral handrail to be a steel metal staircase that connects between the 3 levels , the first , second and attic floor. 20 radial stair steps to be made 30 cm wide with difference 16 cm between each. The attic is made with 4 pitches roof that has a dormer window with pitch and a chimney flue of about 60 cm on the left pitch. The attic roof is 2.2 in height with corrugated tar and tiles laying on a 15 cm bearing wall.
Light plan and wiring were simple as wanted, light in the center of each space, balconies were illuminated by 2 chandeliers for its rectangular space while the stair steps were lightened by low step lights.
Water Sanitary plans are made for the
-small toilet in the first floor(could be a guest toilet because it is near the kitchen)
- The big kitchen were a dish washer , kitchen sink and washing machine ( collected in the left side in case of any change in the design to make the kitchen smaller or open to a dinning room on the right side )
- A big toilet with 2 wash basins , a shower, bidet and toilet.
Air Conditioning plans
The pipes were collected together and the motor is placed in the blackout balconies because of the architectural restrictions.
Balconies can be renovated as drawn and a new handrail similar to the wanted style was selected.

Finishes list are clear and white as wanted
