RENOVATION APARTMENT

The apartment renovation focused on optimizing circulation to achieve an efficient layout and make the most of every square meter. To accomplish this, the existing structure and the location of the plumbing installations in the bathrooms and kitchen were taken into account.

Upon entering through the main door, a painting on the wall welcomes visitors, and turning to the right, a spacious open area integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all of which are well-lit and ventilated.

The new kitchen location, close to the bathroom’s drainage system, makes installation much easier. The dining area is spacious enough to accommodate up to six people.

In the living room, one can choose between an L-shaped sofa or a simple one paired with an armchair. Additionally, there is the option to rotate the sofa and place a television on the front wall.

A small study, accessible through a sliding door with wooden slats, allows light to pass through diffusely, providing privacy without completely enclosing the space.

The bedrooms are spacious and entirely separate from the social area. There are two bedrooms, one of which features a walk-in closet and a private bathroom.

Finally, the apartment includes a spacious guest bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
