La proposta si è concentrata sulla progettazione di un appartamento con ampi spazi per accogliere gli amici per cene, aperitivi, feste e meeting vari. Tenendo conto dell'uso principale che vuoi dare al tuo appartamento, la maggior parte dell'appartamento è stata assegnata alle aree sociali e la zona notte è stata ottimizzata per un maggiore comfort.
Viene progettato un Open Space per la Cucina, ponendo la cucina in relazione diretta con una porta scorrevole in vetro di 3 m di larghezza, che comunica direttamente con la Veranda Outdoor sul terrazzo, dando la possibilità che l'interno e l'esterno possano funzionare come un grande spazio connesso per condividere pasti abbondanti o riunioni con amici e familiari.
Per sfruttare le dimensioni generose della camera da letto e che lo spazio non sia sottoutilizzato, viene inserita una zona per un lettino o un letto a castello dove possono dormire i bambini dei tuoi amici, liberando così il resto dell'appartamento in modo che l'Open Space è davvero confortevole e si possono ricevere più persone, poiché se si mantenesse la Camera 1 lo spazio sarebbe molto piccolo e angusto, soprattutto se in cucina si trovasse un'isola.
L'area dei bambini può essere separata con una porta a soffietto per comodità.
Il bagno è organizzato con la doccia in fondo per guadagnare spazio nel resto della stanza e poter così regalarti il bagno che sogni.
Nella Varanda Outdoor c'è un'Area Barbecue per poter cucinare all'aperto, e sotto un pergolato c'è un tavolo da pranzo per 6-8 persone insieme ad una spaziosa e confortevole area lounge dove sedersi al tramonto per rilassarsi e godersi la compagnia di amici.

The proposal focused on designing an apartment with large spaces to receive friends for dinners, aperitifs, parties and various meetings. Taking into account the main use you want to give your apartment, the largest percentage of the apartment was allocated to the social areas and the bedroom area was optimized for greater comfort.
An Open Space for the Kitchen Room is designed, placing the kitchen in direct relation to a 3 m wide sliding glass door, which communicates directly with the Outdoor Veranda on the terrace, giving the possibility that the interior and exterior can function. as a large connected space to share large meals or gatherings with friends and family.
To take advantage of the generous dimension of the bedroom and that the space is not underused, an area for a small bed or a bunk bed is incorporated where the children of your friends can sleep, and thus free up the rest of the apartment so that the Open Space is truly comfortable and you can receive several people, since if Room 1 was kept, the space would be very small and narrow, especially if an island is located in the kitchen.
The children's area can be separated with a folding door for convenience.
The bathroom is organized with the shower at the back to gain space in the rest of the room and thus be able to provide you with the bathroom you are dreaming of.
In the Outdoor Varanda there is a Barbecue Area to be able to cook outdoors, and under a pergola there is a dining table for 6-8 people along with a spacious and comfortable lounge area where you can sit at sunset to relax and enjoy the company of friends.
