Below you can see my proposal for your project.
My idea is to give the greatest prominence to the free movement of your guests when you have dinners or aperitifs. So in my design you can see that in the interior sector I propose a kitchen with a dining table for 6 people, near the preparation area so that the guests are with the host at all times.
The living area is well connected with the kitchen and the audiovisual area, where you can install a television and sound system.
The bedroom is spacious with a double bed and a sofa bed.
The bathroom is small but comfortable.
In the outdoor area, design the veranda that covers the sofas with a campfire table in the center, accompanied by a table for 6 people. Allow adequate space for the ladder and enough space for plants and, if you wish, a grill.
I kept the color palette in light tones, like his inspirational images, combined with light wood and gray. In order to take better advantage of the light in the rooms.
