this project was made to meet the main purpose for hosting friends and have a pleasant time with them. The most valuable part of your apartment is definitely the big terrace and I tried to make it as a real Mediterranean oasis. A pergola has been placed next to the plants that will create a pleasant shade. Below it, there is an outdoor sofa and on the other side of the terrace there are two deck chairs but, a large dinner table can be set up too. The spiral staircase is painted white and the facade is covered with cream-colored tiles. The wall of the fence is covered with stone sheets. On the lower level of the terrace the old fence has been replaced with a new glass fence.The gentle light of various lighting will give the right atmosphere for relaxing. On the floorplan 2 (second solution) there is an outdoor jacuzzi and the dining table.
The organization in the apartment itself is such that there are many seats. A large opening was made to the terrace with white sliding doors so there is a lot of natural light. In the evening it is possible to use the difernt kind of lights to achieve the right atmosphere. Between the line kitchen and the living room there is a plasterboard wall with openings that connect both spaces.The bedroom can be organized both as a salon or as a sleeping area with sofas that turn into beds. In the solution 2 there is a double bed instead of sofa. The bathroom is simple, modern, with a large mirror. The boiler and washing machine are located outside that space.

Depending on your preferences, in the space can be used a cooler or a warmer color scheme with diferent materials. For the colder variant I suggest marble and imitation of the concrete, and for the warmer stone and wood. Both proposals are shown. Your choice of floor covering is excellent and fits into the design of this project.
