I've proposed 2 layouts
The 3D rendering showing the option A

LIVING AREA
- the main entrance door is changed to sliding door,
this is to save the space in the living on opening the door
- simple wall panel with strips elements as highlight
- the doors to access room 1 and master bedroom will
apply hidden door, to make the living space looked spacious and clean
- light through ceiling is applied along the wall to highlight the wall
and make space larger

KITCHEN & BAR
- kitchen and bar are joined and facing the terrace
thus has the interaction and communication between
bar, kitchen, and terrace area
- custom made hung metal rack above kitchen table top
for the ease to place wine glass. kitchen utensils, etc over there

MASTER BEDROOM
- hack the top of wall between master bedroom and living area
to create wide window that allow more natural sunlight penetrate into the space
- the wardrobe is customized thus able to fit in wall to wall
some part of the wardrobe can be utilized as store area

MASTER BATH
- layout is readjusted to allow more comfort walk flow

ROOM 1
- hack the top of wall between bedroom 1 and kitchen area
to create wide window that allow more natural sunlight penetrate into the space
- sofa bed is applied into the space, thus it can be a multifunctional space:
bedroom, small discussion area, reading area, etc.

TERRACE
- there has huge sliding door between terrace and kitchen/ bar area
for the interaction between two areas
- the base of sofa, rectangular huge coffee table, and fire pit with sink
are made from concrete to enhance the modern minimalist element
- dining table are made from solid wood to highlight the greyscale space with nature element
