Il cliente ha espresso la necessità di voler vendere il suo appartamento e di volerlo presentare più interessante agli occhi del compratore; Ne consegue la richiesta di effettuare degli interventi necessari a modernizzare l’immagine dello stesso rendendolo più “appetibile”.
Allo stato attuale, l’appartamento, si presenta poco luminoso e i colori scelti, per finiture e arredo, accentuano maggiormente questa caratteristica. Inoltre, lo stile di questi (arredi e finiture) conferisce un’immagine datata allo stesso che potrebbe essere poco gradita al compratore.
In base a quanto detto, si è scelto di eliminare la carta da parati presente, tinteggiare di bianco ( Ral 9010) l’intero appartamento, e rivestire solo le pareti principali degli ambienti ( soggiorno e camere ) con carta da parati, in modo da introdurre il colore e dare un tocco di modernità.
Per quanto riguarda il bagno e la cucina l’intervento è stato più invasivo: sono state smantellate le piastrelle e sostituite con nuovi rivestimenti.
Nel soggiorno, per non eccedere con i costi, è stata preservata la libreria ma prevedendo una laccatura di color bianco avorio, così come l’armadio a muro presente nella camera singola non è stato oggetto di rimozione.
Gli arredi sono stati totalmente sostituiti inserendo anche qualche elemento di design.
