We are creating a new restaurant/rest stop for a client on a congested street. As you can see, the structure has a ceiling is in glued laminated wood and a glazed curtain wall. We would like an “industrial design concept” for the style of the service areas listed below-
An overview:
The restaurant area is on the left of the entrance and it sits 80 guests. There’s also a cashier in the same area.
We want this area to feel more private, in a sort of an internal restaurant in the space that is veiled from passer-bys who don’t want to eat in the restaurant.
The food and deli area should be easy to view and access for everyone, as you can see in the reference photos; there should also be an area with high tables for eating/drinking quickly.
The bar area should also be very visible, in the same style of the deli area. We want display cabinets for pastries, and lamps shining on the counter.
The market area should preferably have a single passageway should have an area that goes with the artisan products, as seen in the photos.
The playing area should be separated but visible for those exiting from the space.
