The competition concerns the renovation of a farm located in Via Molinetto di Lorenteggio No. 1 in Corsico (Milan).
The work consists in the distribution space and relative furniture of No. 4 subparticles items, all on two levels, except for subparticella No. 3 and ” room frescoes” which develop only on the first floor.
The “Room Frescoes”, whose outer walls must not be varied in any way (keep the current door to the balcony and realise another internal door , between the same and subparticella No. 3), must be used as a living area; the subparticles n ° 3, 4 and 5 must access them through the balcony for any common lunches or dinners; there must be an emergency bathroom next to it. The ground floor where the ” fresco room ” is the other property.
The subparticles No. 4 and 5 must have the same area and same predispositions (at the ground floor living / dining area, study, bathroom and dressing room (laundry room), at first floor No. 3 bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, and a bathroom for the other two bedrooms).
The windows on the first floor of the sub No. 801 are not currently present but can be realized in correspondence of the ground floor windows
The photos show the current situation of the house, so you are free to obtain, where it is considered appropriate, the stairs that connect the ground and first floors.

The budget must be as content, not very high.

I do not want the table furnishings , but both tables , will be held for allocation of space.
