Location for built in wine storage (200+ bottles), + potentially a built in bar
Limit use of textile furniture due to allergies (prefer leather for bigger pieces)
House has two kids and a dog, so durable materials important
Traditional styling preferred, minimalist in terms of not wanting too much stuff
Open to a more eclectic set of furniture (prefer unique pieces versus highly coordinated sets)

Very family oriented, want a space that we can use regularly, not a showpiece that can’t be touched. Looking to make our spaces more flexible so we can play games as a group of 6 or 8 people, or have some alone time reading. Things we love: The beach, home cooking, games, skiing, visiting the small towns in western Europe (Provence, Piedmont, Priorat, San Sebastian), wine, jazz, understated elegance with a bit of whimsy.
