your living room actually has a quite big size, due to its proportions.
My philosophy is: where there is space, there is space!
I tried to comply with your requests without upsetting.
The project started with an observation: that corner of the wardrobe flush with the beautiful kitchen door did not do it justice!
As the Anglo-Saxon tradition dictates, the entrance has been enhanced, making it a real representative space.
The kitchen therefore remains well separated, as it seems to have been specially designed.
The entrance is designed by a new false ceiling and a diaphanous shelving that anticipates the living area.
Along the longest wall of the room, a functional band has been recreated where the wardrobe is located, in continuity with the storage wall in the living room.
The arrangement of all the elements is derived from the guidelines of the irregular shape of the room and is aimed at a fluid use of the space.
Within the budget, the bulk of the costs to consider are the addition of drywall to the walls and ceiling, and the commission for the glass shelves of the divider.
The solution is meant to be reviewed and deepened.

Gentile cliente,
il suo soggiorno ha in realtà una discreta dimensione, per le sue proporzioni.
La mia filosofia è: dove lo spazio c'è, c'è spazio!
Ho tentato di assecondare le sue richieste senza stravolgimenti.
Il progetto è partito da un'osservazione: quell'angolo del guardaroba a filo con la bellissima porta della cucina non gli rendeva proprio giustizia!
Come vuole la tradizione anglosassone, si è valorizzato l'ingresso rendendolo un vero spazio di rappresentanza.
La cucina rimane dunque ben separata, così come, si intuisce, sembrava essere appositamente pensata.
L'ingresso risulta disegnato da una nuova controsoffittatura e da una scaffalatura diafana che anticipa la zona giorno.
Lungo la parete più lunga dell'ambiente si è ricreata una fascia funzionale dove è collocato il guardaroba, in continuità con la parete attrezzata del soggiorno.
La disposizione di tutti gli elementi è ricavata dalle direttrici della forma irregolare della stanza ed è mirata a una fruizione fluida dello spazio.
Nel rispetto del budget, il grosso dei costi da considerare riguarda l'aggiunta di cartongesso per pareti e controsoffitto, e la commissione per i ripiani in vetro del divider.
La soluzione si intende da revisionare e approfondire.
