In the renovation plan of the apartment of 60 sqm., the most significant changes in the distribution are relative at the bathroom and the living area.
The project involves the optimization of space with just a few targeted works on the walls, water works and electrical system. All it dictated by the request to contain the costs of renovation.
The bathroom will undergo slight dimensional variations, in order to have a little laundry room in the first part of it. In the central part of the bathroom will be placed shower and washbasin, bidet and w.c., will be positioned in the rear part of the bathroom, so as not requiring any changes to existing drain pipe. The living room was enlarged by annexing the kitchen, moved from its original location. In the expected distribution, the functions are located in distinct positions, appropriately screened, without losing the "open space” connotation.
The sleeping area has not great changes, and the two rooms have retained the starting forms and size. The smaller of the two bedrooms has been converted into office / guest room. In this room, were placed a double sofa bed, a large closet and the existing dresser, which will have the function of cabinet and TV stand. There are also shelves on the wall. This room will become a "Jolly" environment, which can be used as additional bedroom, or alternatively as an additional room of the living area. Complete the interior design, an element placed between the living area and dining area. It is constituted by a wooden portal, that contain a revolving panel for Tv and a series of shelves. Only this element will be create tailored. The remaining part of the furniture, are commercially available as specified in the table of the furniture.

Nel progetto di ristrutturazione dell’appartamento di circa 60 mq., le modifiche più consistenti nella distribuzione hanno interessato prevalentemente il bagno e la zona giorno.
Il progetto prevede l’ottimizzazione degli spazi con pochi e mirati interventi sulle murature e sugli impianti. Il tutto dettato dalla richiesta di contenere i costi di ristrutturazione.
L’ambiente bagno subirà leggerissime variazioni planimetriche, al fine di poter contenere un antibagno che avrà funzione aggiuntiva di locale lavanderia. Nella parte centrale del blocco servizi verranno inseriti doccia e lavabo, nella parte retrostante saranno posizionati gli igienici in modo da non dover apportare modifiche agli scarichi esistenti. Il soggiorno è stato ingrandito annettendo la cucina, spostata rispetto alla sede originaria. Nella distribuzione prevista le funzioni sono collocate in posizioni ben distinte, opportunamente schermate, senza tuttavia perdere la connotazione di “open space”.
La zona notte non ha invece subito particolari cambiamenti, e le due camere hanno mantenuto forme e dimensioni di partenza. La minore delle due camere è stata trasformata in camera/studio. All’interno di essa è stato collocato un divano letto matrimoniale, un capiente armadio e la credenza da riutilizzare dopo opportuno restyling, che avrà la funzione di mobile contenitore e porta TV. Sono inoltre presenti mensole a parete che avranno funzione di libreria a giorno. Tale camera diventerà quindi un ambiente “Jolly”, che potrà essere utilizzata a seconda delle necessità nei futuri fruitori. Potrà quindi avere la destinazione di ulteriore camera da letto, o in alternativa potrà essere utilizzata come locale aggiuntivo della zona giorno.
Completa l’intervento un elemento di arredo posto tra la zona living e la zona pranzo. Esso è costituito da un portale divisorio a tutta altezza dotato di un pannello porta Tv girevole e da una serie di ripiani da realizzare su misura.
