I just need the design of the south-west room on the ground floor and of the first floor living room.
GROUND FLOOR: I only need the design for the room with no name, where to put a living room with kitchen; the sink will preferably go on the west side (where the red line); and then I need a small table, a sofa bed with TV, a bookshelf and a desk.
FIRST FLOOR: here all the kitchen facilities are in the northwest corner; my problem is to put the double bed. So I’m wondering whether it is possible to place the bed on a low loft to retrieve the space above the staircase, where there is also a kind of square totem that gives me really annoyed (but for the totem you can also evaluate other “camouflage”). In this room, in addition to the kitchen and the double bed must be placed a table, a wardrobe(m 2x2x0.6), a sofa bed, TV area, a desk for the PC in its own dedicated area. Anyway, you can also move the kitchen and you can review all the space; if the bedroom became a separate room must be at least 14 sqm. In this case, the sink should be placed on the west side (red line).
