Hello there. I'd would like to introduce my take on your Living + Terrace area.
I went for a more modern and minimal approach, like described on the images attached. The color scheme is neutral with white walls and dark wooden floors on the inside, bright gray on the outside. The plants on the terrace also evoke this neutral and organic pattern.
The living room is divided into 4 areas: the dining room, a lounge, rest area with a chair and lights for reading or having a drink, the area where the current custom display is and finally the living, tv area, with a custom made full height wood furniture that houses the tv, storage and a gas fireplace, if needed. This custom furniture is described on the diagram under "floor plans".
The furniture design cue curated here was picked more as a description of the overall idea. These can be adapted and changed according to your budget and if you already own a collection of furniture you'd want to keep using. This is why we have furniture that range from Ikea to designer's brands.
On the terrace, we have a selection of 5 different plant species, all of which do not require any special care or an irrigation system, which is why the irrigation system floor plan is basically a copy of the floor plan. There we have three plant areas, an outdoor dining area, a lounge area for two, and the gym.
The Gym houses basic bodybuilding equipment. It's built of frosted glass on all three facades, where two of them are fully openable by sliding doors so you can have workouts with a view. The frosted glass not only helps to bring natural light to the inside while still giving you privacy, it doubles as a unique lightbox effect, illuminating the whole terrace with the lights inside the box. The rest is empty space that can be filled with people at parties or even a pool in the summer. We can also add a BBQ area, or an outdoor kitchen.
Attached you'll find renderings of the space. I felt limited being able to only attach three images, so I instead managed to fit more images into a single file, while I'm yet to be able to convey the whole project in only those three files.
