Il progetto del nuovo edificio propone delle linee più funzionali e regolari per quanto possibile dalla forma del lotto.
L’accesso al B&B è stato tenuto separato da quello dell’abitazione per coerenza con le quote ed è stata inserita un’ulteriore stanza da affittare al secondo piano che potrà, all'occorrenza, essere annessa all'abitazione principale oppure trasformata in loggia esterna per la zona notte.
L’accesso all'abitazione avviene, oltrepassando il portico/parcheggio , attraverso una scala con una parete completamente vetrata. La zona giorno è costituita da una grande zona giorno con cucina comunicante, un terrazzo che affaccia direttamente sul giardino ed uno studio con doppio accesso, sia direttamente dal lato della scala che attraverso il disimpegno del bagno di servizio e della lavanderia.
L’ampia vetrata della zona giorno può essere completamente aperta in estate.
La zona notte, come da richiesta, è costituita da tre stanze da letto di cui la padronale con bagno interno. Un ballatoio con parapetto vetrato che affaccia direttamente sul soggiorno conferisce un aspetto contemporaneo all’alloggio.


The design of the new building proposes the most functional and regular lines as possible from the shape of the lot.
The access to the B & B has been kept separate from that of the house and has been added an additional room to be rented on the second floor that can be attached to the main house or transformed into an external loggia for the sleeping area.
Access to the house takes place, passing the small car portico / parking area, through a staircase with a fully glazed wall. The living area consists of a large living area with connecting kitchen, a terrace that overlooks the garden and a study with double access, one directly from the side of the staircase and the other through the disengagement of the service bathroom and laundry.
The large window of the living area can be completely open in the summer.
The sleeping area, as requested, consists of three bedrooms, the master with en suite bathroom. A balcony with glazed parapet that directly overlooks the living room gives a contemporary look to the accommodation.
