Dear client, the concept of this project is based on making the most of the view of the sea, all the spaces of both houses face the sea.

The kitchen connects with the dining room and this in turn with the living room creating a large open and illuminated space, it also has the option of being closed without losing lighting or the spectacular view of the sea through the glass partition that divides the dining room from the Hall.

Each of the rooms has a view of the sea, as well as the option of going out to the rear terrace and having an excellent time.

The rear terrace covered by a wooden pergola allows you to enjoy the landscape while connecting the two houses in a single living space.

In the front part of the house there is a porch and a utility room as you indicated.
