Dear Client, thank you for starting this competition.
Please see my proposal here. I call this home "The H House" referring to its H-shape. The form of the house originates from the first house I designed for the original site plan, that I mirrored on the northwest side.
You can access the two apartments from the two sides of the house, keeping the traffic private from one another. The front entrance can be accessed from the front porch that is covered by the whole building's roof. This area is a nice and welcoming space, that is also connected to the garage. The technical room can be accessed from the garage.
The hallway divides the layout into two parts. On one side you can find the master suite. This is the private/rest area of the home. The master bedroom has enough space for a double bed and a reading corner and spacious wardrobe cabinets.
The other side is leading us into an open living-dining-kitchen area. The kitchen and the living room can be divided by a glass sliding door if needed. (Please see the floor plan and interior renderings.) There is a spacious outdoor space connected to the kitchen covered with pergola.
The second room is spacious enough to accommodate a double bed or a home office. (See floor plan.) It can be accessed from the living room. Both bedrooms have access to a cosy terrace covered with pergola.
The main bathroom van be easily accessed from the hallway, living spaces and second bedroom. The toilet and bidet is hidden behind a sliding door, so the bathroom is more private and can be also used as a powder room. There's a dedicated laundry cabinet connected to the main bathrooms plumbing system. It can be accessed from the hallway.
The area of the homes is 82,19 square meters + the area of the garage is 19,7 square meters adding up to a total of 101,89 square meters per home. The height of the main walls is and the interior is 2,5 m. The maximum height of the roof pitch is 3,5 m. The area of the whole building including the roof is 305,67, this can be modified to a lower number with a lower pitch height.
