The design proposal I have created for the "Reconstruction house near the sea" contest consists of 4 floors. On the ground floor, on the Via Giacomo side, we have kept the commercial space without reducing its size, we have only reduced the storage space a little, going from 11 m² to 8.30 m². There is a small bathroom and a dressing room. At the back, via Vittorio, is the access to the residential space. When opening the door and entering, we find ourselves on the right side with a sliding door, in that space you can store umbrellas, bicycles or any other object. Below this space I have placed an underground tank for water storage.
At the end of the corridor is a small elevator and a square staircase.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a small closet and a bathroom. They also have a balcony and lots of greenery around.
On the second floor is the private area of the owners, it is made up of a living room, a social bathroom and a fairly large bedroom. To prevent people from going up to this floor, place a door at the end of the stairs and when exiting the elevator.
On the third floor there is a small kitchen, a bathroom, a laundry room, a dining room with 4 chairs and a sofa bed. Behind the sofa bed there are doors that allow access to the area set up for the Eco-Bonus system.
On the terrace there is a shower and a sofa with two chairs, all surrounded by lots of vegetation.
On the roof we have placed solar panels.
