Dear client, thank you for your project, it was a pleasure to make this proposal for you. for your project we seek to generate privacy and modernity in the project, a commercial area was established on the first floor, and an access area for the upper floors, leaving the stands on one end, isolating it as much as possible from the living spaces.
On the second floor, a housing use was generated in 2 studio apartments, each with its own bathroom and its own room. On the third floor, a duplex-style apartment with one room is proposed. The terrace is established as a complementary dining space.
