Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
Il progetto è suddiviso in tre ambienti principali.
Al piano terra si trova l'area commerciale, con un ampio spazio per il negozio e gli scaffali, il bancone di servizio, ed è stato progettato il bagno richiesto, lo spogliatoio e il magazzino. Le vetrine sono state progettate per la facciata laterale dell'edificio, al fine di attirare più clienti nel negozio.
Le scale e l'ascensore sul lato dell'edificio danno accesso al primo piano, al secondo e al terzo.
Al primo piano si trova il B&B, un piccolo appartamento molto ben progettato, con un'ampia camera da letto, bagno, soggiorno e cucina. Il tutto per il massimo comfort degli ospiti.
Al secondo e terzo piano si trova la residenza del proprietario. L'abitazione dispone, al secondo piano, di due camere da letto, due bagni, un ampio e confortevole soggiorno, cucina e sala da pranzo. Già al terzo piano si trova la lavanderia, e un bellissimo spazio per l'area gastronomica, con un bel giardino antistante, un ottimo spazio per riunire amici e familiari, o per rilassarsi.
Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Hello dear customer, how are you? I would like to begin by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It has been a wonderful challenge, always taking your requests and needs into account. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
The project is divided into three main environments.
On the first floor is located the commercial area, with a large space for the store and shelves, service counter, and the bathroom, changing room and storage room were designed as requested. Showroom windows were designed for the side façade of the building, in order to attract more customers to the store.
To the side is located the staircase and elevator, which give access to the second floor, as well as the second and third floors.
On the second floor is located the B&B, a small apartment very well designed, with a large bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. All for the maximum comfort of the guests.
On the second and third floor is the owner's residence. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining area. On the third floor there is the laundry room, and a beautiful space for the dining area, with a beautiful garden in front of it, a great space to gather friends and family, or to relax.
