"Reconstruction house near the sea"

The project aims to solve the client's needs with a functional architecture, with fluid, illuminated and ventilated spaces, making the most of the corner condition. The image and character of the building is composed of familiar elements of the traditional language of the city's architecture, cornices, baseboards, awnings, pergola, shutters; also the neutral colors and straight lines provide a touch of modernity to the building, in this way the reading of the project shows a new building that respects its context but at the same time provides a contemporary solution to the objective of this contest.
