I presented two proposals for the third floor, in one of which the area of ​​the roofed area is less than 28 square meters, and in the other plan, the area of ​​the roofed area without stairs and elevators is less than 28 square meters.
I made two suggestions for the shop, the difference being in the size of the warehouse.
In my design, I tried to reduce some of the current noise by placing the staircase and corridor on the night club side.
I suggested the spiral staircase to occupy the least possible space.
By predicting the sliding doors, I tried to separate the private parts of the house from the public parts (B&B).
I designed the balconies of the first and second floors so that each room has at least one balcony with a sea view.
On the second floor, I planned a small kitchen, which is used for daily use (making tea, coffee, etc.) without the need to go to the third floor. (If not needed, it can be replaced with the guest's wardrobe)
On the terrace of the third floor, I tried to make the dining area have a view of the sea.
I considered a temporary retractable roof for part of the third floor terrace.
For the installation of SQM ecobonus systems, I suggested two locations, one on the terrace and the other on the roof of the third floor. (refer to the 3D rendering)
