The aim of the project is to create a
functional workspace, modern and cozy.
The office is divided into three main
areas independent of each other:
1 - a large entrance hall where the
reception is located;
2 - an open space with twelve
workstations;
3 - a meeting room.
The reception is like "a volume in
the volume" I have created a structure of pillars and beams
going to wrap the great counter in glossy white laminate with wooden
inserts. A large opaline glass window with screen printed the logo of
uour real estate agency, is the backdrop to the whole. This glazing
is also the element of access and connection / separation to the
space behind it, in which is located the open-space with twelve
workstations. As required each workstation is equipped with a
computer and two screens. In the open space is also an area with
printers, full height shelves that allow you to store all your
documents and an area located in front of the kitchen, with a high
table with stools.
Upstairs, accessible via the internal
staircase, there is a wide meeting room (with a large table for more
than twelve different people, low cabinets, shelves and projector
screen placed on the wall opposite the entrance), characterized by an
opaline glass window which acts as a separation with the rest of the
office.
The whole office is characterized by
materials and colors that recall nature.
