In the project that I propose I have tried to respect all the requests of the client.
I have created two design solutions (I am attaching PDF files with complete SOLUTION 2) .I indicate below the strengths and the substantial differences between the two projects, I I tried to create a project valid both from an aesthetic and above all technical and functional point of view;
SOLUTION 1
-I intended the window (and the external snack shelf) as a sales area for quick drinks and as a "connection" between the barthender and the waiter.
-There is a raised platform (wooden structure and vinyl floor) that makes the barista's work more comfortable and allows greater flexibility in managing the electrical and plumbing systems.
-The 4 display cases are the focal point of the room and attract the attention of the customer.
- Useful space for bottles and glasses on the bar counter (glass holder structure hanging from the ceiling)
- Outdoor space with various seating situations.
SOLUTION 2
- The bar counter is longer and larger.
- The display case to the left of the entrance allows you to display and keep snacks to accompany tastings.
- The sliding doors "hide" the showcases / warehouse and the kegs and beer engine area.
- The outdoor area is comfortable and with lots of seats.
