Description

The project concept logically materializes the distribution diagram. The central main entrance axe, perpendicular to Panorama weg, becomes a space of light, it cuts the house in two connected parts and it is the place of the two linear stairs leading one up or down. This linear, triple hight, space is a private one, it connects all the rooms and became a ‘telescope’ pointed on the landscape and the pool. From any point on this space, you can get oriented through the house. It is also a bioclimatic architecture device: the air convective motions driven by solar radiation will contribute to keep the house cool in summer and hot during winter time. On the other hand, ‘guests’ distribution, happens peripherally, externally, on the two sides of the house, keeping private and ‘public’ areas fully separated. The opaque surfaces of the house folds as an ‘origami’ around the central linear space following the logic of landscape view and natural light. On Panorama weg a multi-functional canopy unifies a protected entrance, a discrete rubbish beans cabin, a bicycles parking, carport and garage access. From the entrance hall, connected with wardrobe, laundry and guestroom, a vast living area drive the view towards the valley landscape and a linear staircase leads to basement floor. Downstairs, from a private hall it is possible to access the apartments (one with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bath and living, and two studio apartments) although they all have main entrances on side garden. Easily, from this hall, you can reach the infinity pool, the covered outside kitchen, the dinner table and the main garden. The roof is a modern symmetrical saddle roof with dormers, conformed as an ‘origami’: from the glazed central space a portion of blue sky will be drawn by the edges of the roof surfaces. A roof’s single saddle could be entirely dedicated to solar cells. A minimal and natural materials variation follows concept rules and will give a comfort feeling in every house location. The infinity pool gradually ‘melts’ into natural garden landscape, and some cylindrical fito-purification pools, allows to realize a sustainable pool plant.
The saddle slope is 22° being inside the prescribed range (18°-28°). House footprint is 159.4sqm (max 305sqm), basement + groundfloor floor area is 322.5sqm (max 458sqm). First floor is 117.4sqm, groundfloor 164.7sqm (71%<75% prescribed). Basement floor area is 157.8sqm.
