The house i propose you is a modern, elegant and minimalistic building. It has two different facades: one formal and opaque in front of the street, and the other one opened to the garden and the valley view. The building has 3 floors: a basement of 145 sqm, a ground floor of about 115 sqm and a first floor of 60 sqm. The concrete basement has been a little redifined and enlarged while the upper floors have been demolished and replaced by a wooden structure.
The arcade of the front street facade defined 3 separated entrances (the central one to the main houe and the other two to the private garden of the basement' flats), 3 garage doors and the huge kitchen bow-window. In continuity with the arcade's rythm, 3 big windows cut the pitched roof of the first floor.
