This is the addition and expansion of an existing space. The existing space is a 1500 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The final product will be 4 br 4 bath on two levels including new den/media room. Full architectural drawings have been permitted and the project is well under way. I would like help primarily with the design of the den (16 x 12) and then a ceiling and lighting plan for some of the other areas as well. I have some very clear ideas and some specific quandries. My style is modern but not minimalist.
