(ITA) Per lo sviluppo del progetto, il programma è stato diviso in due blocchi, come richiesto. Poiché l'edificio era troppo compatto, si è deciso di creare un cortile centrale per facilitare l'illuminazione e la ventilazione di tutti gli ambienti.

È stata realizzata una modulazione per facilitare l'ordine strutturale dell'edificio,
La facciata è stata realizzata con un ritmo di alternanza tra pieni e vuoti, seguendo le preferenze e i riferimenti visivi e descrittivi del committente.

Per l'ala piatta sono state prese in considerazione entrambe le ipotesi, con un totale di 2 unità per livello o una sola unità per livello.
L'unità adiacente potrebbe essere trasformata in un'estensione dell'area sociale, oppure si potrebbe aumentare il numero di camere da letto.

Per la residenza principale è stata data priorità alla gerarchia, evidenziando l'ingresso e le relazioni spaziali per creare un'esperienza architettonica con molteplici relazioni visive tra i livelli, compreso il seminterrato.

For the main residence it was prioritized to give hierarchy highlighting the entrance, the spatial relationships to create an architectural experience with multiple visual relationships between levels, including the basement.
