My Design Concept is based on a clear slicing of the North-East Wing and the South-West Wing via a staircase that acts as an access for the upper floor apartments. These apartments and studios on the Ground Floor and Upper Floor can be easily connected to form one single unit. This is done by just demolishing the wall for the studio’s kitchen. Repositioning the bathroom door of the studio and make an opening from the apartment’s corridor to the past-studio. The studio will act by thus as a Master Bedroom for the single unit apartment.

An L-Shape Garden is dedicated to the villa. The garden incorporates a Lap Pool Design which is very trendy and suits the garden well. This Garden is visually hidden from the North-East Wing for a state of complete privacy. Even for the Staircase Upper Porch of the Upper Floor, the garden will be still invisible for them. This is done by incorporating a protruded shed roof to prevent the line of sight of the upper floor porch from the villa’s garden.
