Il progetto prevede di creare una zona giorno ampia e spaziosa con annessa la zona pranzo, nella parte dove adesso sono ubicati la cucina e il bagno. La zona giorno così ingrandita sarà costituita da un divano a L, poltrone, un camino al bioetanolo incorniciato sul muro e librerie mentre la zona pranzo da un grande tavolo rettangolare con sei sedie. In questo modo sarà realizzato un nuovo bagno con una finestra verso l’esterno e una cucina più funzionale, dotata di un tavolo per la prima colazione oltre che dai normali elettrodomestici, ovviamente separata dalla zona living da una porta scorrevole.
Al piano primo invece sono state previste due ipotesi progettuali. Nella prima ipotesi sono state ricavate quattro camere da letto, una matrimoniale e tre singole, con un unico bagno in comune. Tale intervento è riuscito grazie alla sostituzione della scala preesistente con una scala elicoidale e chiudendo la terrazza per dare, come richiesto, la possibilità di creare una stanza per la figlia più grande. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di armadi con ante scorrevoli, letti e scrivanie. La seconda ipotesi prevede un unico accesso alle camere delle figlie con l’unica differenza che la maggiore potrà isolarsi tramite una porta secondaria, questo permetterà di avere una finestra che comunica con entrambe le camere e di non avere camere al buio.
Per il pavimento immagino un parquet in rovere chiaro, tranne per il bagno dove sarebbe bello usare una resina di colore chiaro. Le pareti a tinte chiare per il primo piano con una parete in vetro cemento nel bagno per renderlo più luminoso e al piano terra pareti effetto cemento nella zona giorno e chiare in cucina. Per quanto concerne la scelta degli arredi, sono state previste delle finiture neutre dalle linee semplici che in alcuni casi non escludono il riutilizzo dei mobili che avete già in possesso.

The project aims to create a wide and spacious living area with adjoining dining area, where now are located in the kitchen and bathroom. The living area enlarged so will consist of a L-shaped sofa, armchairs, a fireplace bioethanol framed on the wall and libraries while the dining area by a large rectangular table with six chairs. In this way it will be realized a new bathroom with a window to the outside and a kitchen more functional, equipped with a table for breakfast well as by normal domestic appliances, obviously separate from the living area by a sliding door.
On the first floor there are two hypotheses envisaged project. In the first case there are four bedrooms, one double and three singles, with one shared bathroom. This action is managed by replacing the existing scale with a spiral staircase and closing the terrace to give, as required, the ability to create a room for the older daughter. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with sliding doors, beds and desks. The second option provides a unique access to the rooms of his daughters with the only difference being that the greater can isolate themselves through a side door, this will have a window that communicates with both the rooms and did not have room in the dark.
For the floor I guess a light oak parquet, except for the bathroom where it would be nice to use a light-colored resin. The walls in light colors for the foreground with a glass wall cement in the bathroom to make it brighter and concrete effect on the ground floor walls in the living and clear in the kitchen. Regarding the choice of furnishings, neutral finishes have been provided with simple lines that in some cases do not exclude the reuse of furniture that you already own.
