Briefing

Siamo una coppia di 35 anni circa con un bimbo di un anno. La casa e al primo piano di una villetta di 2 piani, quindi sotto tetto. Preferiamo uno stile moderno e accogliente, materiale meglio se legno. Vorremmo coniugare qualcosa di retrò con qualcosa di moderno, l'importante che non risulti un ambiento freddo; colori chiari e luminosità generale dell'ambiente tocchi di colore non su grandi superfici bastano su pochi oggetti. Pochi divisori fissi ma arredi che delimitano le zone.
Alcuni muri della casa colorati e ci piacerebbe che la casa avesse una buona illuminazione visto il tetto con perline e travi in legno. L'illuminazione per noi sarà una delle cose fondamentali, dovrà essere tenue e rilassante e molto calda.
Nella zona open space della pianta vorremmo realizzare una cucina ( magari con isola/penisola ) e una zona giorno, c'è anche un pilastro che dovremmo camuffare in qualche modo.
Nelle piante e sezione della casa che ho messo c'è da tenere in considerazione solo il primo piano della casa e quindi anche le altezze che non in tutti i punti sono uguali.
Il riscaldamento sarà a pavimento quindi per i pavimenti vorremmo qualcosa che vada bene con questo tipo di riscaldamento.
La camera matrimoniale che guardando la pianta sarà l'ultima a destra gli spazi sono risicati e pensavamo ad una testiera del letto in cartongesso come anche nella parte dell'open space dove non ci sono finestre, la parte che confina con il bagno ( che adesso è accatastato come dispensa ) pensavamo nella parte in fondo fare una cosa in cartongesso ( libreria o simili ), ma a voi l'immaginazione.
Un'altra parte per noi importante è capire come verrà il tetto, è in legno e nella parte alta è molto alto non sappiamo se farlo bianco oppure rivestire una parte tra un trave e l'altro con cartongesso e fare i travi più scuri ecc...ci affidiamo totalmente a voi

We are a couple of 35 years old with a child of one year. The house is on the first floor of a 2-storey house, therefore under the roof. We prefer a modern and welcoming style, material better if wood. We would like to combine the retro style with the modern style, the important thing is that it is not a cold environment.L ight colors and bright environment, a little color not on large surfaces is good on a few objects. Few fixed dividers but furnishings that divide the areas.
We would like some colored walls and we would like the house to have good lighting, the roof is made of wood.
Lighting for us will be fundamental, it must be soft and relaxing and very warm.
In the open space area of the plant we would like to realize a kitchen (with island / peninsula, I don't know how it translates into English) and a living area, there is also a pillar to make beautiful.
In the plans and sections of the house that I have placed look only at the first floor of the house, the heights not in all points are the same.
The heating is underfloor so for the floors we would like something good.
In the bedrooms (the last on the right) the spaces are small.
Another important thing is the roof, it is in wood and in the upper part is very high we do not know if it is better white or to cover a part between a beam and the other and make the beams darker etc. You will be much better than us at finding a solution
