After analyzing and studying your needs and requirements for the contest, I devised two alternative designs. Both alternative designs have open layout designs for living, dining, and kitchen. In both designs, I make a master bathroom accessible only from the master bedroom. The difference between alternatives one and two is only the position of the bedroom, bathroom, master bedroom, and master bathroom. I made the rooms as efficient as possible. Many storage in the kitchen area can be used for additional storage. The colors and materials are selected to be as neutral as possible so the occupants can be more easily adjusted to the style of the apartment based on their preferences.
