The project arises from the idea of ​​improving the functionality and distribution of spaces, creating a separation of the social area (kitchen, living room, dining room) from the private area (bedrooms and bathrooms). Through a hidden door following the same design of the TV cabinet, as can be seen in the render, a hallway was created that separates the 2 rooms where a small closet was located to store lingerie or other favorite things. The guest bathroom was made independent to ensure that visitors do not have access to any of the rooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and tub, as well as a space to install a large closet that does not interfere with the circulation of the room.
In the kitchen, a peninsula was designed, where the kitchen counter would be located, and a crossed dining table, thus creating a modern and elegant design.

The colors proposed in the render are light colors to ensure a broader vision of the spaces in addition to providing freshness, using a beige porcelain floor, and touches of wood, to provide a little warmth, in the rooms and bathrooms the The floor is proposed in imitation wood porcelain, as well as on the terrace, the main room has a different detail on the headboard to create more contrast and give it more elegance.
The small room was designed with the right dimensions, so that in the future, if the couple has another child, they can easily install another bed, as seen in (option 2).



El proyecto surge de la idea de mejorar la funcionalidad y distribución de los espacios, creando una separación del área social (cocina, sala, comedor) del área privada (dormitorios y baños). A través de una puerta oculta siguiendo el mismo diseño del mueble de TV, como se puede ver en el render, se creó un pasillo que separa las 2 habitaciones donde se ubicaba un pequeño closet para guardar lencería u otras cosas favoritas. El baño de visitas se independizó para garantizar que las visitas no tengan acceso a ninguna de las habitaciones. El dormitorio principal cuenta con baño privado con ducha y tina, además de un espacio para instalar un amplio closet que no interfiera con la circulación de la habitación.
En la cocina se diseñó una península, donde se ubicaría la encimera de la cocina, y una mesa de comedor cruzada, creando así un diseño moderno y elegante.

Los colores propuestos en el render son colores claros para asegurar una visión más amplia de los espacios además de aportar frescura, utilizándose un suelo porcelánico color beige, y toques de madera, para aportar un poco de calidez, en las habitaciones y baños se propone el suelo. en porcelánico imitación madera, al igual que en la terraza, la habitación principal tiene un detalle diferente en el cabecero para crear más contraste y darle más elegancia.
La pequeña habitación fue diseñada con las dimensiones adecuadas, para que en el futuro, si la pareja tiene otro hijo, puedan instalar fácilmente otra cama, como se ve en (opción 2).
