Stabilite le esigenze in termini di budget e di ambienti, ho provveduto a realizzare il progetto rispettando entrambe. Sono presenti tutte le richieste, dalla cucina a vista con penisola, al tavolo per il convivio con gli amici, all'ampia libreria, alle due camere e i due bagni, di cui uno annesso alla camera padronale, all'ampia cabina armadio. Trova spazio ed espressione anche il fuoco, impostato non tanto come camino, ma come sacra fiamma dell'arte, senza per questo inificiarne la resa calorica, molto simile a quella del biocamino. E' stato previsto anche lo spazio per la lavatrice e l'ampia dispensa. Oltre agli aspetti funzionali ed estetici, non si è trascurato l'aspetto energetico, prevedendo, nel rispetto del budget, una caldaia a condensazione, radiatori in alluminio e illuminazione a led. In altri termini una ristrutturazione e una rifunzionalizzazione complete, accoglienti e con riguardo al costo di realizzazione e di esercizio.
