The central element of the project is the pool. Around this it evolves around the project.
Above the pool there is a sunroof, so as to capture all the light in the summer and can sunbathe on the platform teak higher than the floor of the 'home but flush pool.
We also have a bathroom with dual access for the pool and bedrooms.
The rooms are very spacious, one with a private bath and large walk-in closet, a single and another double with dressing room also with wardrobe.
The living area is very large with large windows overlooking the green side and pool view, as well as the kitchen, with central island.
The garage is very large and in communication with the interior.
There is also a room used as a study or leisure.

ITALIANO
L'elemento centrale del progetto è la piscina. Intorno a questa si evolve tutto il progetto.
Sopra la piscina ci sarà il tetto apribile, così da fruttare in estate tutta la luce possibile e prendere il sole sulla pedana in teak rialzata rispetto al piano dell' abitazione ma a filo piscina.
Ad uso della piscina abbiamo anche un bagno con doppio accesso.
Le camere sono molto ampie, una dotata di bagno personale e grande cabina armadio, una singola e un'altra doppia con cabina armadio anch'essa con cabina armadio.
La zona giorno è molto grande con ampie finestre che danno sul lato verde e vista piscina, così come la cucina, dotata di isola centrale.
Il garage è molto grande e in comunicazione con l'interno.
C'è anche una stanza adibita a studio o svago.
