The faithful restoration of the original volume offers the opportunity to restore the gabled roof but revisit it with use of wood and metal that become
protagonists of a contemporary atmosphere that evokes the industrial style.
The roof remains visible, save some specific secondary areas which are useful for implants too; the height of the roof gives harmony and breath of the loft,
where the view flows with freedom from the inside towards the outside, expanding the perception of space and offering charming views towards the pool and the garden.
The heart of the project is the environment “pool and garden”; the garden is a heating source greenhouse for winter and an element for cooling in summer.
