I've managed to create a home based on your requirements. Ground floor and first floor of bigger house have three bedrooms and two bathrooms and open space. The second floor of bigger house contains two bedrooms and two bathroom and open space as well. In Annexed house there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and also the open space.
