The project aims to reduce demolition (to reduce costs too) and enhance the farmhouses in their materiality and form, so that they remain recognizable as a typical architectural building of the territory.
The spaces dedicated to guests are well recognizable and divided by the spaces of work or home owners.
With the aim of reducing costs, it is proposed to maintain the existing floor labs renewing the floors, thus maintaining the existing stairs as much as possible.
The new element that will make the intervention recognizable will be the large floor to ceiling windows in the common spaces of the guests.

Il progetto vuole ridurre le demolizioni (per ridurre i costi) e valorizzare i casali nella loro matericità e forma, perchè rimangano riconoscibili come tipologia architettonica del territorio.
Gli spazi dedicati agli ospiti sono ben riconoscibili e divisi dagli spazi dedicati al lavoro o alla casa dei proprietari.
Con lo scopo di ridurre i costi, si propone di mantenere i solai attuali rinnovando i pavimenti, mantenendo quindi le scale esistenti il più possibile.
L'elemento di novità che renderà riconoscibile l'intervento saranno le grandi vetrate da terra a cielo dedicate agli spazi comuni degli ospiti.
