I loved your site and Building designing and working on your project was fun and challenging.
I would love to discuss about the design here after. Before starting with the drawing i would like to understand few important things about the building.
1. The Building is a load bearing structure so the walls are made to take the load of the entire building because there are no concrete columns and beams to take the load of the structure. All the dark gray walls are made to take the load of the building.
Also the structure is very old and was not maintained properly attracting cracks.
Being an Architect I strongly recommend Not to make any changes to the gray walls without a consent of a Civil engineer or structural engineer.
I have formulated the design without disturbing those walls soo that the structure remains healthy kindly watch the attach files on a print out or on a bigger screen.
