OBIETTIVI DEL PROGETTO:
FLESSIBILITA': l'ambiente giorno viene collegato allo spazio precedentemente dedicato all'ingresso; l'ingresso prima separato e poco sfruttato adesso viene vissuto nel soggiorno/pranzo; la cucina separata ma comunicante con il soggiorno/pranzo ha la possibilità di essere chiusa tramite pareti a tutta altezza di vetro satinato color bianco latte.
Tutto questo rende funzionale lo spazio cottura e tale spazio può diventare all'occorrenza
un open space con il soggiorno, facendo scorrere le 2 pareti di vetro una sull'altra sull'anta fissa (quella adiacente alla porta della camera).
COSTI CONTENUTI: abbiamo cercato di limitare il più possibile il costo delle murature,
mantenendone alcune ed eliminandone altre, senza ripristinarle in alcun modo.
SCOPRIRE NUOVI SPAZI: all'interno dei muri vengono ricavate alcune nicchie che possono
rispondere a diverse funzioni (guardaroba, appendiabiti, portachiavi, libreria).
Inoltre è stato ricavato nella camera un piccolo soppalco in legno e acciaio per poter sfruttare al meglio ogni angolo e in questo caso anche l'altezza stessa della stanza.
COLORE: nell'utilizzo dei materiali (parquet in rovere, marmo di Carrara) abbiamo dato importanza alla durabilità, all'uniformità dei colori e alla funzionalità. I colori sono chiari in quanto essendo spazi piccoli, questi donano luminosità e rendono gli ambienti più ampi. Per togliere la monotonia abbiamo dato una nota di colore agli elementi di arredo come nicchie e cornici, che risultano essere il tema del progetto.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT:
FLEXIBILITY ': the environment day is connected to the space previously dedicated entrance; the first separate entrance and little used now is experienced in the living / dining room; but the kitchen to the living room / dining room has the possibility of being closed by walls to ceiling frosted glass milky white.
All this makes functional cooking space and that space may become necessary
an open space with the living room, sliding two glass walls on each other on the fixed (the one adjacent to the bedroom door).
COST: we tried to limit as much as possible the cost of the walls,
keeping some and removing others, not restore them in any way.
DISCOVER NEW SPACES: inside the walls are obtained some niches that can
responding to various functions (wardrobe, hangers, key chains, library).
Also it housed in the chamber a small loft in wood and steel to make the most of every corner and in this case also the same height of the room.
COLOR: use of materials (oak parquet floors, Carrara marble) have given importance to the durability, uniformity of color and functionality. The colors are clear as being small spaces, these give light and make the rooms larger. To remove the monotony we gave a touch of color to the furniture as cove and cornice, which turn out to be the theme of the project.
