Il progetto valuta e si propone di rendere il bilocale funzionale ottimizzando gli spazi, con la disposizione dei nuovi arredi e la ridistribuzione dei tramezzi.
L’area living è stata posizionata in prossimità dell’accesso. Nel lungo ingresso si consiglia l’utilizzo di lampade sospese quadrate in successione. L’illuminazione artificiale è pensata diffusa, non diretta e fastidiosa, con delle strip led (strisce a led) in testa alle velette in cartongesso orientate verso il soffitto in modo da distribuire la luce in maniera uniforme.
Gli arredi sono stati scelti fra quelli di uso commerciale di buon design e buona qualità. Vanno presi di riferimento come base di partenza per sua migliore o diversa scelta. Il pavimento scelto è parquet grigio perla . Il colore utilizzato è il bianco per la pietra ricostruita, che si sposa con tutti i tipi di arredi e materiali.
