Although the current construction is to be completely demolished, it is required to maintain the current disposition (east/west) and the shapes on the plan. However the infill of the spaces can be varied (Residential and storage room for paraphernalia). There are no limits for the quantity, typology and the position of doors and windows. The structure should be built on one floor only (at the moment there are three floors). The current porch can be merged into the as structure, as long as the the current arrangement of the plan is not modified, as mentioned above.
We imagine a wooden ceiling with no attic. Porches can be added to the new structure. There’s no limit for the height of the structure, considering that it should be built on one floor only. The property is on a large plot of land with a farm, courtyard animals and orchard, in a neighborhood of small villas.
We need a single space for the living area and the kitchen, with a bathroom with an anteroom. The rest of the space should be used for a warehouse with large entrances for paraphernalia.
