The proposal for the renovation of the basement keeps the social area at the front of the building maintaining a connection with the external areas of the house.
The social area is open. The living, dining and kitchen rooms are connected in a unique space, making it bigger. The laundry area is hidden at the back of the social area, behind of a folding door. The kitchen has a service entrance from the garage.
The Master room is a big space with closets and storage units to the sides of the room.
The existings skylights will be extended to bring more light and natural ventilation to the master bathroom and 2nd bedroom, allowing crossed ventilation in these areas. Adding a natural green wall to bring the exterior to these spaces.
