As a fisibility study I would like to tell you some important points we tried to cut the load-bearing wall as much as we needed It is hard to deal with that wall. Firstly, the program divided in two main criteria, private areas and common areas. Main Entrance from garden and Secondary Entrance from Garage you will come into Dinning Kitchen Area. Bedrooms and main Bathroom are belong to private usage. Kitchen, Living Room, Visitor W.C. and Dining Room are belong to common spaces. Laundry area is at the back of the house as far as possible from the private areas. I recommend you to get more daylight into your living room as much as possible. Thats why we planned your living room and kitchen area as much as possible with daylight you will use this spaces more in daytime. You will have a small WC close to entrance for visitor and a small Warehouse for your technik tools and some tools like ironing table, vacuum cleaner, electric boxes etc. In the dwg file you will see 2 different usage for the living room furniture idea. In perspectives you will find raw 3D images they are reflecting the areas to give you feeling of the spaces. For the material choose keeping the walls white color and bright tones will make the space feeling much bigger. I recommend you to keep it in white and grey tones.
