Aim of this interior design is to provide warm cozy enviroment in cold winter days and natural feel along all seasons. The most of existing furniture have been preserved in order to save budget and as per your instruction.HVAC has to be redone.Ceiling is to divide in 2 zones where the first zone will maintain 2.4m height in order to accomodate ducts and eventualy fan coil unit and second zone is to have 2.65m height and decorative wooden beams to provide warm natural look and conceal potential wiring.
Chesterfield and existing grey armchairs have been set into 2 separate nooks equiped with eletrical fireplace between them to provide warm comfort in cold winter days.
Dinning Area (Speisesaal) has been physicaly divided from Bar area using buffet area but visualy still remains the single space by using transparent colored glass.
Buffets are mobile and can be set aside to increase the space and eventualy allow 8 dinning seats to be added (2x4seats tables).
Wine Walk-In closet is part of Dinning area but still visible from Bar/Buffet area.
