Description

First I would like to thank for being part of this fascinating project ,In the design process i have tried to create a very vibrant and naturally stimulating space, using lighter shades of colors as per described on the briefing. The Colors and textures used in the project are coastal pallets with beach themes. I have also used light colored cherry woods furniture in-order to match with the light blue-grey theme of the house. Since the floor is said to be damp , I tried to incorporate porcelain ceramic tiles that look exactly like wood parquet flooring but have physical properties of damp proof Ceramic tiles that helps to generate bright natural feel/experience in the house.
I have also tried to deliver two different versions of the same plan arrangements as options to choose as needed -the first one which gives emphasis for efficient use of space arrangement with less cost and other one mainly for the efficient use of natural lighting and ventilation.
I have also tried to make ample entry for natural light as well as ventilation and also to produce spacious bathrooms that are sufficient enough to put in washing machines and other vital fixtures,
The other important feature to develop in this project was the connection b/n the interior spaces with exterior balcony spaces, which i used climbing plants on the boundaries of the balcony in-order to conserve space for outdoor sitting and dinning areas, the outdoor space is also equipped with a multi-functional masonry seating space installed with benches to lie down for sun bathing and also equipped with camp fire for colder night time,
to conclude I have personally enjoyed working on this project and in the future i am willing to work on some details, refinements and improvements as needed by the client,if the project is selected and advances to next phase, Thank you.
