This project was very interesting because of location of apartment, with the view at the sea, and a brief where at the small space we needed to design three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dinning area and two bathrooms.
The idea was to put living room with kitchen and dinning area and double bedroom near terrace because of the nature light and sun and the other two bedrooms (single with two beds and single with bunk bed) to put near small high windows to have some light and air. Two bathroom I installed in the middle and made some space for towel closet in the hallway.
Floors in the apartement are tiles, three types (bathroom, terrace and the rest of apartement – bedrooms, living room, hallway) and color for walls is white with possibility to color one wall in double bedroom or living room in some pastel color. It will be nice to color windows an doors in white wood color because in light colors, apartment will look bigger.
The great area that this apartment have is terrace, and I gave two solutions – area with dininig table for whole family, mobile bar with the view and mobile bunk with storage room under, and two closets to put a table and chairs and other mobiliar. Also the idea is to havea lot of plants and flowers and white wall at the right side of the terrace for movie projector at night.
