At the entrance, I kept a small hallway with storage and access to a laundry/pantry room. There is also bathroom at the other side and access to the open space living room. For the living I kept open space concept and positioned it on the south side of the apartment to get as much sun light as possible. Sofa and armchairs are positioned near the wall covered with light stone. There is also kitchen and big dining table near the access to the balcony, which has a small dining table for outdoor breakfast.
Living space is through this outdoor zone connected to a bigger comfortable terrace with outdoor furniture and sunbeds.
As you required there is three bedrooms - two for kids and one bigger master bedroom at the north side of the house. The master bedroom has direct access to a walk-in closet with two big wardrobes.
Both bathrooms are positioned in the center of the apartment. One is near the entrance zone and living room and second is located near the bedrooms.
To give a greater connection and sense of continuity to the apartment I added light porcelain floor with wooden effect in all rooms , except bathrooms.
